What I am Reading

I am currently reading So Long Insecurity: You've been a bad friend to us by Beth Moore. It is my eager expectation and hope to read through this book with a group of girls (read: ladies). For some reason, I really am able to see things more clearly when I am involved in dialogue with other folks and am able to grapple with conversations and ideas. I don't know if you're like that too, but if you are, PLEASE join me in the reading and discussion of this book. I have read half of it already and am planning on reading through it several more times throughout the next few months. It is full of God's Word and tangible prayers and application questions that I can't just gloss over once or twice. It's meaty and rich. And deep. There are several excerpts that I wanted to blog about today, but unfortunately, Caleb is acting like a crazy man during his nap time and it's not very quiet here at the Caldwell's today. So, another day, perhaps.
