The deepest awareness of myself is I am commended by God. I am accepted by God. I am justified by God. A daughter/son of God. It displaces all other definitions that I have been trying to achieve or by a definition that I am trying to lose.

Ed Welch's book is very good...we did it as a church a few years ago. I have some ironing to do later on...hmmm, may be a good time to listen to this sermon :-)
